The Holidays are here!

Finally, the month that I always look forward to has arrived. I am going on a 3 week vacation and definitely looking forward to it. I have booked 'Treasure Island Resort' for early January and there are aboutu 12 of us going. What a blast that should be considering all bures are beachfront with its very own hammock. all water activities are also free. I cant wait to go snorkelling with my mates, as well as do windsurfing, something that I am not good at but need to get it right this time around. Treasure Island Resort is located very close to Beachcomber Island. Both these islands are in the Mamanuca group of the Fiji Islands. Mamanuca group boasts probably the best island resorts and beaches in the country. It is an absolute paradise.

Go All Blacks

I personally feel that the match between the All Blacks and the Springboks was a pretty tough one but the scoreline suggested otherwise. Although South African coach Jake White brought a second string team to the Tri Nations outings, they performed really well until the last quarter of the match when the All Blacks stormed in for 3 tries to seal the match.

I am predicting a one sided match come this Saturday when the Wallabies will be battling to gain supremacy in the Bledisloe Cup. I feel the All Blacks will prevail but let's see what the Wallabies have to offer.

Crows Nest Resort

Although I havent stayed at the Crows Nest Resort, I have certainly visited this place 2 to 3 times already. hopefully, if all goes well, I will spend at least 2 nights at this resort with my family. I am a snorkelling freak and the beach at Crows Nest Resort is totally cool. With excellent marine life, sandy beach and a beautiful surrounding. i will write on this resort once i spend a couple of nights there.

My plans for the long weekend!

Tomorrow, we have a long weekend in Fiji. I am so looking forward to this one. I will finally get to wash my car. Haven't done that for ages. Plus I will take some time out to study for my Postgraduate, falling a bit behind. This Saturday, I am planning to take my family to the weekly fire walking ceremony in Pacific Harbour. On Sunday, I plan to visit some long lost relatives and friends. One of them lives in my street!
